WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Be proactive in handling customers needs once it reaches you.
The customer is the most important assets that the company has, thus your role is to keep always the respective and polite manner to handle the customer with care.
Answer, making and handling customers calls or any other takes that would be assigned to you by your supervisor.
Create solutions and ensure to provide a smooth up-sales and cross sales process.
Work alongside with our team of Technical Support.
Comply with our compliance department.
Reach monthly sales targets set out by the Managers.

REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given
Valid working Visa
Communication and social skills
Native level of Japanese
High level of English
