Global Reporting & Analytics Services Team Lead: The Global Reporting & Analytics Services Team Lead (RASL) is a key role responsible for operationalizing, delivering, and optimizing mature and/or business-critical capabilities related to reporting & analytics within our company's global services delivery setup. As a RASL, you will be leading a team that analyzes Go-To-Market data and provides reporting, analytics, and insights to relevant stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of the GTM Transformation within the company.Tasks and Responsibilities:Management of the end-to-end Service Lifecycle, focusing on the following key areas:Data ingestion and cleaningDrive business value through provided analytics (to corporate/market stakeholders)Delivering services at global scale - the RASL is accountable to deliver the services on a daily basis and at global scale. The RASL should empower their team to deliver efficiently and effectively by overseeing and participating in the creation, maintenance, and optimization processes and best practices. In parallel, they need to ensure that the quality and costs of delivery are constantly measured and transparent. Suitable reporting is part of the role.The RASL and team aim to be the preferred, trusted partner of GCOs and stakeholders in the markets when it comes to data and analytics. From data availability to data democratization and value: the RASL goes above and beyond to help markets understand and derive value from the data.Collaborate with IT counterparts to ensure platforms and systems meet business and global service delivery needs for Analytics. This means that the RASL, together with IT, comes up with solutions to cut platform complexity and ensures that all data is handled in an agile way, according to global and local data compliance rules.Requirements:3+ years of team/people management & lateral leadership experience in large, globally-matrixed organizations5+ years of proven success in data analytics services delivery - preferably in a Big PharmaDemonstrated reporting & analytics expertise to deliver data services, provide guidance, share knowledge, and define processesThe global nature of this job requires being 100% fluent and comfortable in English - reading, writing, speaking, and presenting. Spanish and/or German skills (as well as other languages) are also a plusDegree in management information systems (MIS), data engineering/data management, computer science, or similar with strong business acumenExposure to managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and project resourcesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, in a non-arrogant, customer-oriented, but impactful and trustworthy way - including the ability to summarize & adapt communication to stakeholders of different levels, backgrounds, cultures, and native languagesAble to navigate & simplify complexity and demonstrated aptitude to learn new things quickly, including the proven ability to connect big-picture concepts with in-depth detailsAble and open to travel internationally on occasion (both within and outside of EU)#IamBoehringerIngelheim because: We are continuously working to design the best experience for you.
