Reporting to the Global Brand & Marketing Director, these are the main responsibilities you will have:
Establishing a content calendar to create short and long-term content campaigns for different digital channelsCreating engaging content that meets company objectives and brand standardsDevising various content strategies that work for specific audiences with an aim to reach clear goals such as a set number of site visitorsEnsuring unity throughout content by promoting a consistent brand voice and identity that aligns with social media profilesMonitoring and researching competitors and other institutions in the industry to find trends, interesting data, and gaps in keywords or content to coverTracking and measuring the performance of digital content using digital tools that measure key performance indicators and metricsDeveloping marketing strategies for digital content, creating email campaigns and social media postsWriting blog posts, ebooks, articles, or other materials that are relevant to the company's products or servicesCreating presentations to communicate new marketing strategies to other members of the teamEditing text and images to ensure compliance with the company's brand guidelinesCreating infographics to illustrate complex concepts in simple waysEvaluating new technologies and suggesting ways to incorporate them into existing strategiesCreating and updating the website to attract customers to the company's products or servicesConducting research on topics related to the company's products or services to create content for blogs, websites, and other marketing materialsResearching and analyzing industry trends to identify new opportunities for the company to capitalize onMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public RelationsAt least 5 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in a brand of similar positioning (Luxury / Hospitality / Wellbeing / Real Estate)Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skillsSufficient availability to manage and monitor the company's social channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics toolsPositive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused with strong multitasking and organizational abilitiesPassion for the Wellness / Hospitality IndustryFluency in EnglishGlobal Spanish company within the wellness/hospitality/luxury sector.
