In this role, you will partner with the business client community to analyze, recommend, and provide technology solutions. As a subject matter expert, collaborate with IT, business clients, and/or solution providers to improve productivity and enhance processes in support of the client's business goals. Tasks and Responsibilities As Systems Lead, you are responsible for planning, implementation, administration, maintenance, and support of multiple global computer systems in the Strategic Marketing, Planning and Forecasting area. You consult business colleagues on solution alternatives and process adaptations to achieve effective and efficient solutions. With your ability, you understand customer problems and urgency, providing technical solutions in a timely manner. The area of responsibility will include Cloud Services and on-premises systems. With your expertise, you lead the problem & incident management of assigned computer systems by performing ticket analysis, troubleshooting, taking corrective action, identifying trends. Maintain all system documentation of computer systems based on approved service and change requests (e.G. End user, support, system specs, architecture etc.). Ensure the security and compliance of the system (e.G. User Account Administration & Access Control) as well as license management. Monitor, control, and ensure the efficient operation of systems and software, including system interfaces to other applications, working closely with vendors and other IT teams. You will participate on cross-functional project teams in a global, multicultural, and diverse environment in support of business objectives to improve productivity. Prior experience in implementing and operating: Workflow-based solutions (PEGA) Custom applications using OpenShift as deployment Custom applications using SFDC Custom collaborative solutions on SharePoint Data applications using Amazon Web Services e.G.
