YOUR MISSIONManage and develop JACIE's volunteer inspectors while ensuring optimal support for the Accreditation process through precise inspector coordination and minimizing delays.Responsibilities and tasksAssist the Accreditation Process by pairing inspections with suitable inspectors efficiently, considering specific requirements.Create and implement a strategy for recruiting and retaining inspectors to fulfill organizational needs.Lead training and development for inspectors, using various methods like virtual training, e-learning, and webinars.Offer administrative support to the JACIE Inspectors' Committee, collaborating with the Chair and aiding in projects as needed.Handle inspection feedback, taking action or escalating issues when necessary.Assist the EBMT HR Coordinator as needed.RequirementsMust have university studies (Psychology, Law, BA).1-2 years' experience in Human Resources Management and recruiting is essential.Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Excel.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively with people in a multicultural/multilingual environment.DesirableMaster's degree in HR.Experience in managing a pool of volunteers.Experience in working for non-profit organizations.Knowledge of medicine or life sciences.WHAT WE OFFERBe part of a non-profit society where you can make a difference.Work alongside a multicultural and diverse international team.Hybrid model based at Barcelona EBMT offices 2 days per week and working remotely 3 days.Full-time position and indefinite contract (37.5 hours working week).Flexible working hours (starting from 8 to 10 am and finishing accordingly).26 days of vacation per year.Salary: 25-27K gross/year (depending on previous experience).ADDITIONAL BENEFITSPrivate health insurance.Monthly supplement to support nursery costs.Support in training and professional development.Some foreign travel.Location (Hybrid)
