The Operations Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to Content Operations leadership and Operations function by managing a collaborative operational cadence.

Prepare and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review Develop, track, and analyze KPIs that drive business insights for growth, productivity, and incentive objectives, identifying potential performance areas for improvement in collaboration with Operational Excellence Partner across Operations to support financial planning and forecasting models and data Support all Business Review presentations and participate in extended leadership meetings Be a visible, collaborative, and accessible leader across the operations teams Follow up on the agreed Operational activities About the Team We are a global and diverse team of content experts across Life Science and Healthcare domains consisting of Operational excellence leaders, content editors, and Management information experts.

Hours of Work This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August).
The position is hybrid, going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
