The Operations Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to Content Operations leadership and Operations function by managing a collaborative operational cadence. This role will provide business operational support to standardize, automate, and continuously improve business functions, including:

About You- A Bachelor's or advanced degree (Masters) in Business management, Engineering, or related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for analyzing data and proposing actions/initiatives

Hours of WorkThis is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours a week (35 hours during July and August). The position is hybrid, going to our office in Barcelona (next to Sagrada Familia) 2-3 times per week.
