And this is where you come in.Your New RoleWe are a Series A venture-funded startup, our product is B2B2C and we are looking for a business savvy Senior Product Manager obsessed about delivering products that our users and customers will love, in a way that works for the business.ResponsibilitiesLead an empowered cross-functional Product team (incl.
product designer, user researcher, several engineers, content psychologist, data analyst) to deliver on the team mission's OKRs.Listen with passion and deeply understand our users and customers.Define a Product vision and strategy on how the part of the Product you own can contribute to create the change Koa wants to bring into the world.Be excellent in connecting the dots between the company strategy and the team day to day work.Define and prioritize an opportunity backlog always looking for the most impactful initiatives to experiment with.Lead the Product Discovery collaborating within a cross-disciplinary team to discover what is the right thing to build.Maximize the team effort to deliver value to our users in an iterative and incremental way.Listen and manage stakeholders expectations with enthusiasm.Be a reliable and trustworthy partner for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.Be a storyteller communicating and giving visibility on your team roadmap and progress to the whole company.Work together with the other PMs to deliver on Koa's vision, Mental Health for all!About YouFluent in English.Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.+4 years working on technology-powered products as product manager, product designer, engineer or data analyst, including a minimum of 2 years working solely as product manager.Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business, such as engineering, design, sales, marketing, regulation, security, and finance.Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior and C-level executives.You have worked closely with Sales and Marketing to develop GTM strategy.Experienced with GDPR and data protection.Best if experienced with B2B and/or B2B2C products.Best if experienced in eHealth product management.We are looking for someone passionate, curious, smart, creative and persistent.Why Koa Health?We are at the forefront of innovation in the MedTech arena, working on one of the hottest topics of today - behavioural health.
