Acerca de nuestro cliente Descripción Process Study and Documentation: Mapping processes and documenting Standard Operating Procedures - including relevant KPIs, Controls and RACIs; Identify, document, and propose process improvement initiatives; Work alongside Systems support team, local teams, and SSC teams to propose best practice, lean and scalable 'To Be' processes according to each country circumstances.
Change management: Engage with stakeholders and support in change management when implementing the centralized model, and in a later stage when optimizing processes.
Project/ Programme Resource management: Support the Project and Operational managers in ensuring alignment with all project timelines and adoption of processes by the teams.
Perfil Buscado (H/M/D) At least 3 years of hands-on experience with process mapping and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures.
Through a data-driven mindset, you can build benefits and business cases to support improvement ideas.
Capable of working on several transformation projects at the same time and managing deadlines from multiple stakeholders.
High level of autonomy and a very strong sense of commitment and ownership.
Good negotiation and communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong focus on customer experience.
Highly valued: Experience creating KPIs in PowerBI.
Highly valued: Experience with Macros.
Fluent and professional English and French are a must.
