Job description
Within the "Project" team, the project leader will support the salesmen & customers, will find proper technical solutions, will do complex offers integrating sub suppliers, will control delivery times, quality and costs. He or she will work according to our project management processes:
ACTIVITIES/MISSION:
Consultancy Phase
- To analyze Customer needs and Specifications in order to propose the best solution from a technical, ergonomic and cost efficient point of view.
Quoting Phase
- To create technical specifications to our suppliers in order to request their best quote
- To create a cost calculation for every quote according to Atlas Copco´s procedures
- To establish technical offers according to customer needs in collaboration with salesmen
- To do the technical liaise between Customer Center and Application Center in Germany
Project Management Phase
- Management of the different processes within a project: Initiation, planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing.
- To elaborate Purchase Orders to internal and external providers, according to the project quotation.
- To set, document and report internal and external Kick off meetings
- To define time plan of each project with clear milestone and plan installation, start up and validation for our equipment at customer´s premises in collaboration with our Service Department.
- To guarantee the accomplishment of the delivery time plan.
- To make all documentations to be delivered to customers for each project
- To closely monitor costs of projects and any deviation for corrective actions
- To elaborate, update and control the project Invoice plan.
- To be responsible for assigned projects in terms of quality, time cost and customer satisfaction.
OBJECTIVES
- Guarantee the project defined profitability.
- Achieve the technical delivery scope accordingly to the customer expectations.
- Assure project technical acceptance on the agreed timing.

Experience requirements
3 years
Educational requirements:
Master degree engineering
Industrial Engineer with basic knowledge on:
- Network Technology and Data communications
- Industrial automation, fieldbus technique and basic PLC programming knowledge is desirable
Language: Spanish, English,
French and/or Portuguese as a plus
Personality requirements
autonomy, self time management, team spirit
Country and city description:
Located in Madrid he/she will cover Levante and Cataluña´s area
Travelling will be needed in his /her area and occasionally in Europe
