Take your career farther than you thought possible.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support in preclinical research activities:Process primary human samples for research purposes.Develop and characterize ex vivo models from different diseases.Record all experimental data and test results accurately (written and electronic) in the laboratory notebook and other records as needed.Function as lab manager for CITRE lab:Order, receive, and inventory laboratory supplies as needed.Organize stock of reagents, antibodies and lab supplies.Organize and maintain the laboratory and common equipment.Responsible for coordinating common lab activities, providing technical assistance when required.Recognize unexpected outcomes/problems; able to troubleshoot as well as communicate and work with supervisor or technical support to solve the problem when needed.Qualifications & ExperienceBiomedical Laboratory Technician CertificateAt least 2 years of relevant experience in Pharma-industry.Fluency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Be able to read and write protocols and emails in English.Speak English at B1 level is also desirable.Work independently and/or in collaboration with other team members.Demonstrates adaptability and being flexible.On-site ProtocolPhysical presence at the BMS worksite or physical presence in the field is a necessary job function of this role, which the Company deems critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, employee well-being and engagement, and it enhances the Company culture.BMS cares about your well-being and the well-being of our staff, customers, patients, and communities.
