About the Regional Sales Manager (French) role... The Regional Sales Manager will manage a team of sales executives, ensuring that team performance is meeting or exceeding budget expectations. The role will be responsible for the on-boarding, coaching, training and success of new starters in the team, as well as continually identifying areas for development with existing team members. What you'll do... Leading and coaching a team of full-cycle sales executives Setting clear expectations for performance and conduct, and measuring against this, in order to meet or exceed budget expectations Assess the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, and prepare regular sales forecasts for management Review the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member and interpret it, offering guidance on how to improve Build, report on and communicate key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region What you have... Experience managing an inside sales team, with strong leadership skills Able to build, lead and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to run reports within it Technical aptitude and passion for the technology space Track record in setting targets, and achieving or exceeding them Excellent coaching skills with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English (full professional proficiency) Please send us your CV in English
