Day to day tasks: Optimise the extraction of hydrocarbons while minimizing costs and environmental impact.Analyse the results and provide recommendations to drilling and production teams to guide decision-making.Maintain customer visibility through active participation in professional society activities.Assist in evaluating technical viability and overall appraisal of tenders as related to the area of expertise. Requirements: A bachelor's or master's degree in petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, geology, or a related field.Strong analytical and mathematical skills, as well as experience with programming languages and specialized reservoir simulation software such as Eclipse, Petrel, or CMG.A thorough understanding of the oil and gas industry is necessary, as well as an understanding of drilling, production, and reservoir engineering principles.Must be able to live and work in Spain.
