The Junior PM also participates in the discovery and research phase in collaboration with users and stakeholders to identify pains and opportunities to define new product features.YOU WILLWork in coordination with our Development team to execute, deliver, and improve the product using the SCRUM methodology.Participate in the daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews and retrospectives.Analyze stakeholders' data needs and ensure doable, and useful dashboards to be created by the BI team.Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations.Follow the progress of work and address production issues promptly.Drive improvements in the internal operational & user management tool.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide project updates consistently about project implementation, progress, and adjustments.Translate business requirements to technical specifications by writing efficient user stories and product backlog items.Participate in planning sessions: product planning, sprint planning, and sprint refinements with the team.Collaborate hand in hand with the development, product, and UX team and be able to attend to their questions.Manage bugs and technical issues with stakeholders and the Dev team.Carry out both qualitative and quantitative research to identify and unlock the highest potential growth opportunities across the product experience.THIS IS YOUYou have at least 1-2 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager.Agile knowledge is a must!Analytic skills and data-driven development experience.Experience in web solutions, e-commerce, backend, and API integrations.Attention to detail when writing requirements and validating data.People skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.Accountability.Accept responsibility for the product and act as a team member to push common goals.Pragmatic and result-oriented.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.Basic database knowledge and tools like Jira, Tableau, GA4 or similar are a plus.A fluent level of Spanish and English
