What you'll do: Provide top-notch customer service in Portuguese, English, and Spanish via phone and email to clients of a renowned luxury car brand. What we offer: On-the-job training included in your contract. Start day: December 2nd.Competitive salary according to the teleoperator category + language bonus (€22.500 gross per year).Full-time contract (39hrs) with a rotating schedule from 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm.Monday to Friday schedule – enjoy your weekends off!Hybrid modality: On-site 3 days (at the client's offices based in Madrid) and W@H 2 days per week. What we need: Native or bilingual level in Portuguese (Portugal).Advanced English and Spanish.Experience in technical support, ideally within the technology sector due to the nature of the terminology used (automotive experience is not mandatory).Experience with social media is a plus.Residence in Madrid is mandatory.
