Descripción completa del empleo PRONOVIAS GROUP, a global leader in the bridal industry, is seeking a professional and talented Digital Content & Merchandising Executive to join our Marketing Team at our HQ in Barcelona. The duration of the contract will run until at least July 2025.

Main Objectives: Ownership of the Pronovias Group Brands Web Content & Performance. Merchandising: Responsible for the global digital merchandising calendar of the above brands. Online Product activation on the Websites (Product Handling, eMerchandising). 360 Content Coordination of the Content Calendar. Web activation: Full ownership of the above brands' Web presence & Performance. Content & Web performance: Full ownership of web performance. Major Areas of Accountability: Brand content & Digital Work with Brand team to understand key messages and adapt them for digital. Coordinate the 360 digital content activation. Design along with UX & Front End Developer landing pages on the website to maximize the potential of content for Digital. Create a Roadmap for A/B Testing. Develop ideas for new digital content to improve organic traffic performance and SEO positioning. Prepare & Communicate global weekly merchandising calendar summarizing marketing actions across all channels. Decide on monthly merchandising calendar for secondary markets. Ensure all channels are aligned with brand & communication objectives. Prepare monthly reporting on performance of content looking at both content type (copy + creative) & position in website & targeting (if relevant). Share once a month with content team performance and learnings. Analyse results & draw conclusions & suggest new ideas. Liaise with Digital Project Manager to improve web performance. Manage backlog of website evolutions for product line managed. Benchmark direct competition and retail segment once a month and prepare analysis summarizing key learnings and new content ideas. Benchmark tools that could be implemented on digital platforms to improve content performance. Minimum Requirements: Education Level: Master's degree with a focus in Digital (if possible).
Languages: Spanish (Fluent), English (Fluent). Any other languages can be useful.
