(J719) | Senior Hr Business PartnerBarcelona, CataloniaSenior HR Business Partner Line of Business individual contributor role supporting several global organizations within CCH Tagetik. This position reports to the HR Business Partner Director for Tagetik Europe and will be responsible for full HR Business Partner support for approximately 400 European employees of this dynamic software organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong relationships with the business through solid business acumen; respectfully challenge the business and offer solutions in the best interest of Wolters Kluwer.Consult and guide assigned client groups and managers on HR issues including interpretation and communication of processes and policies; engage in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into human capital plans.Act as an influential advisor with management on HR topics such as Talent and Succession Planning, providing coaching and support around key people management activities.Evaluate HR policies, programs, and procedures, regularly recommending and implementing improvements.Collaborate with key stakeholders in other functions such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems.Implement the engagement strategy for the business; work with country executives to ensure employee engagement issues are identified and addressed.Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job leveling.Propose compensation and benefits changes and optimizations in alignment with CoE's.Implement the due diligence process for M&A's and Divestitures in partnership with the CoE's.Integrate inclusion and diversity into business strategies, nurturing an environment that embodies Wolters Kluwer values.Anticipate, identify, and facilitate conflict and resolution of employee relations issues; conduct thorough investigations and maintain detailed documentation.Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and related day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Leverage available tools like HR dashboards and reporting to provide data-driven recommendations for improvements to HR programs.Key RequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or related field.Minimum of 7-9 years of progressive HR experience.Proficiency with HR information systems, preferably Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred QualificationsHR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRP, PHR, SPHR).Workers Council and Labor Law experience.OtherMay require travel (up to 10%); must be able to obtain and maintain valid travel documentation at all times. May require working outside of standard business hours at times.
