You will join the Operations Team reporting to the VP Operations.
To do so, here are your 4 main responsibilities:Implement a scalable model to build and deliver our cohort-based trainings to thousands of customers per year.
Consolidate and structure our existing operations through the creation of step-by-step processes, seamless workflows, and automations.
Build and scale our operational system to produce dozens of new training programs per year.
Collaborate with our tech team to build our customer platform, sharing customer insights, recommendations, and product features.Lead and manage our team of experts to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Source, hire, and train our trainers and product experts, all passionate about human psychology to develop training, respecting Paradox methodology, pedagogy, and scientific expertise.
Nurture and grow our pool of experts to maintain a strong level of engagement, expertise, and excellence of delivery.Manage the overall coordination of projects and ensure all programs are delivered on time.
Manage day-to-day operations, communicate clearly with all Paradox stakeholders (marketing, tech, product, and customer support), and identify structural problems that prevent the flow of information.Implement dashboards, monitoring, and analysis of program KPIs.
Track our most important KPIs (NPS, engagement, completion rate, referral) through BI tools and dashboards.
Build weekly metric reports to share product information with our CoDir and strategic meetings.
Organize user calls to collect customer insights to share with our product teams and improve our programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
