Data is a key part of AXA's journey "from Payer to Partner", and the transformation of the organisation as a Data Driven company. To succeed in this journey, we are looking for our next Data Business Analyst. The Data Business Analyst will play a key contributing role in ensuring Data assets meet objectives in terms of Quality, Timeline, and Benefits. You will also play a key role with the squad (multidisciplinary team) supporting the Product Owner with data and business analysis. Based on the business-value, you will analyze and challenge the business requirements, and write the product backlog items (user stories).
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Global Product Owner with data and business analysis.Support the GPO Analytics by documenting the backlog.Perform quality testing to ensure the quality of delivered increments.Develop ad hoc analysis and reports (Excel and Power BI).Support, validate, and challenge business/technical rules.Communicate and present ad hoc analyses to Global Product Owner and users (PowerPoint).Detailed ActivitiesUnder the responsibility of Global Product Owner Analytics, organize and lead workshops with the business to collect requirements.Write user stories, assist the solution team in understanding business needs, show proactivity to avoid blockages and guarantee the fluidity of development.Provide needed inputs to GPO to prioritize backlog items.Responsible for creating and analyzing products' key performance indicators.Manage stakeholders to collect feedback.Ensure the quality of the functional deliverables produced by the solution team.Contribute to sprint planning/backlog refinement and participate in agile rituals with your squad & beyond if necessary.AXA Partners is committed to diversity and inclusion on an equal basis. Master's degreeMinimum of 3 years' experience as a Data/BI Business AnalystProven expertise in BI data projects, ideally in major and multi-cultural organizations with large-scale dataProven expertise in agile framework on large scale projects (or dealing with large sets of data)Experience of overseeing staff on operational deliveriesFluent English (French is a plus)Experience in Insurance/Assistance would be appreciated.About AXAAXA Group is the world leader in insurance and asset management.
