The Product Specialist promotes registered products within registered indications to increase Johnson & Johnson's product access in collaboration with other functions. This is achieved by detailing our product's value to serve more eligible patients.Duties & Responsibilities:Maximize patient share of assigned products through understanding the patient pathway, ensuring sales are maximized while respecting J&J compliance, quality guidelines, and local laws.Utilize a multichannel approach to reach out to HCPs (face-to-face, email, phone calls, presentations) with the set quality and quantity according to the CVT strategy, providing quality call feedback for each visit.Achieve market share targets for the assigned territory.Promote Johnson & Johnson's image as a scientific transformational digital innovator within assigned accounts and organize promotional/digital scientific meetings.Maximize Johnson & Johnson's access reach through full account mapping, understanding logistical processes, product listing processes, contracting, account stakeholders, and decision-making processes.Develop and maintain long-term engagements with customers/stakeholders within the accounts (e.G., Directors of Pharmacy, Senior Procurement Managers, Tender Managers, and Hospital Management).Identify short and long-term business opportunities according to the Business Unit strategy in collaboration with the Market Access team.Ensure execution excellence through fulfilling all Customer Interaction Excellence (CIE) index and KPIs within agreed timelines, including updating the database and accurate reporting of visits to HCPs.Maintain updated knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors through participation in scientific quizzes and training courses.Organize assigned activities respecting all compliance rules and using the correct CRM system as stipulated in related SOP
