We are in an incredibly exciting period of growth as we continue to scale internationally and are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our fast-growing Sales team in Spain.
What you'll do:Work collaboratively with Tuum's management and Business Development team on developing a target market.Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders in new accounts to ensure their long-term success.Manage complex sales-cycles, often presenting to C-level decision-making executives, position platform features with a detailed consultative approach.Create proposals and RFP responses, coordinate deal negotiation and on-site visits to close deals and hand-over projects to Tuum's implementation team.We want you, if you have:At least 3 years' experience in a consultative, B2B sales, or Account Executive position with a strong background in fintech or banking industry.Proven track record in sales of large complex multi-phase managed technology projects to enterprise clients.Experience negotiating complex service agreements with procurement and legal departments within Banking accounts.Experience in the typical sales lifecycle for selling enterprise platforms into banks.A successful track record in sales.The ability to deeply understand client's problems.Experience coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.Fluency in English and Spanish.Value Offer:Highly competitive salary and commission.Pension plan and private health insurance (for UK only).Flexibility in how, when, and where you work.Benefits and perks that support work-life balance (wellness compensation, team events and much more).Meaningful work that impacts millions of people around the world.A possibility to grow both professionally and personally as we scale.Bright and warm-hearted people from different cultures to work with.All-hands-on-deck-approach (meaning that everyone delivers value regardless of responsibilities).The coolness of startup life and buzzing office vibes.Tuum is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
