The Role Guidewire helps our customers and partners implement our software across Europe, and we are looking for an experienced Program Manager with effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, to help us fulfill increasing demand.
Reporting to the responsible Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the overall success of the program.
Aligning to the Guidewire SurePath Methodology, you will ensure the necessary tools and reporting methods are in place to track progress and performance, proactively managing any potential issues, and escalating when necessary.
You will be accountable for the budget, monitoring costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses.
You will also facilitate the correct resourcing of individuals to project teams and manage third party contributions to the program.
Working closely with our EMEA Delivery Office, you will define the program's governance arrangements and ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program.
You will also report progress of the program regularly to our EMEA Leadership Team, Steering Committee and other stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Qualifications BSc or BA degree in related area 10+ years of implementation experience 7+ years of program management experience PMI-ACP, PMI-SP, CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred Fluency in oral and written English and Spanish Proven negotiation skills and a strong ability to navigate executive levels of an organization Demonstrable knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programs Ability to build team collegiality on large scale programs with teams from different vendors and companies Ability to find ways of solving or preempting problems and proactively dealing with any issues that arise in a timely manner Ability to gain respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams Ability to travel for onsite work when needed About Guidewire Guidewire is the platform P&C insurers trust to engage, innovate, and grow efficiently.
