Your responsibilitiesYou will be the owner of our partnership sales pipeline for Spain and Portugal. As such, you will be one of the key players in the growth of Younited's B2B business in Iberia. Your main tasks will include:
Nurture the Iberia pipeline by reaching out to the right prospects (Retailers, eCommerce, Banks, FinTechs, Insurance Companies) for both our Credit and Pay partnership offers.Prepare best-in-class presentations and content to spark the interest of our prospects from the first touchpoints.Collaborate with the Local & Central Projects & Operations teams to ideate the way we will attack each of the partnership opportunities you will identify.Lead the negotiation phases to ensure the value creation of each opportunity.Own the relationship with the partner until contract signature.What we are looking forBachelor's degree in a business school / engineering school or equivalent.5 years of experience in commercial roles (sales or account management), preferably within a digital context.Great attention to detail and proficiency in building high quality pitches.Strong business acumen and interest for digital products and processes.Excellent communication and relationship skills.Strong sense of initiative, ownership and analysis.Results-driven attitude and passion for teamwork.Fluency in Spanish and English.People who are keen to have fun in a start-up environment!Desirable but not mandatoryMaster's degree in a relevant field.Benefits to join YounitedLocalization in the center of Barcelona with expectation of frequent visits to Paris.A very strong company culture.A tailored onboarding to simplify your integration within the teams.An unforgettable Younitour every year (our company seminar).
