As our Junior Logistics Process Engineer, you are responsible for driving Grey Market Traceability performance above target in plants and DCs, and communicating Traceability results to stakeholders in a monthly letter.
Responsibilities You will lead collaboration between teams (DCs, Plants, Luxury, Accenture, IT, Brand Protection, etc.).
This position requires travel up to 20% of the time.
Support plants with monthly GAP Analysis.
Lead and propose continuous grey market traceability improvement projects (e.g., label quality improvements).
Collaborate with the QA leaders of the plants to enhance global capabilities, support standardization, and harmonization processes within the 3 regions.
Address and close plant or DC-driven scanning gaps (e.g., duplicate SSCC issues).
Assist new plants with onboarding for grey market scanning.
Develop processes to identify and close gaps.
Support DCs with monthly GAP Analysis.
Assist new DCs with onboarding for grey market scanning.
Continuously improve the GAP Analysis process (e.g., create macro for automation).
Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBAs), and other relevant documentation.
Provide a global Grey Market Traceability scorecard for measuring the traceability of grey market relevant items produced in plants or shipped from plants to other DCs and from other DCs to customers on time, ensuring accuracy of data.
Track and analyze traceability goals and communicate progress with management.
The team consists of engineers and managers, and you will work closely with several departments such as Distribution Centres, factories, and external operations.

As an experienced Junior Logistics Process Engineer, you are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
Other qualifications include: University degree or equivalent experience.
5 years' experience in Quality Assurance & Environmental Management System practices and processes within a related industry and logistics.
Strong analytical reasoning skills.
High degree of accuracy in work.
Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals and systems (i.e., Word, Excel, SAP, etc.).
Effective development of individual, department, and organizational goals to attain objectives.
Macro writing ability is helpful.
Mastery of the English language at a near-native level.
