Ardena Pamplona is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) located in Pamplona, in northern Spain, with nearby airports in Pamplona, Biarritz, and Bilbao. Ardena Pamplona is part of Ardena's Pharmaceutical Products Unit and is responsible for formulation and analytical development, manufacturing, and quality control of pharmaceutical products. We are currently looking for an Analytical Operation Support to join our Analytical Services team at Ardena Pamplona.RESPONSIBILITIES:Carry out all operations support activities and tasks in accordance with the regulations applicable in ARDENA PAMPLONA, and the instructions received from the supervisor.Some of the functions, activities, and tasks within the position include:Receipt of materials physically and in the system, including their correct location according to safety data sheets.Request, follow-up, and control of area purchase orders.Ensure the updated maintenance of laboratory warehouses (standards, samples, reagents, consumables) physically and in the system.Ensure material availability according to proposed medium-term analytical planning.QUALIFICATIONS:Intermediate or higher degree focused on logistics and administrative management.Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to learn computer tools.Basic knowledge of English.Flexibility to work in both R&D and GMP environments.Self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment.Previous 6 months experience in logistics and administrative management.WHAT WE OFFER:A true learning environment to increase your skills.A rapidly growing international company with an interesting portfolio of services and clients.A dynamic working environment with friendly colleagues.An open, direct, and supportive culture.Apply now if you are eligible to work in the EU.#J-18808-Ljbffr
