Actualizado 07/04Minimum Requirements:At least 3 years of successful experience as Project Manager in market research.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.About Our Client: Leading global market research agency.Responsibilities:Effectively manage a research/tracking project - coordinate with PM/Ops team, adhering to deadlines, thinking ahead of what needs to be done.Plan project timelines and update project milestones from start to end.Be solution-focused and proactive, knowing who to reach out to for help/support when dealing with an issue you don't know how to resolve yourself.Troubleshoot problems to find out the root cause of issues.Pay attention to detail, including link checks, data checks, and specifications (helpful for troubleshooting problems).Communicate externally in a proactive, proper, clear, and self-confident manner towards clients and vendors.Manage day-to-day communication with clients and coordinate materials collection.Provide clear instructions to the PM/operations team (right instruction forms, tab/banner plans).Manage process/program timelines and creation, covering each step of the research project process.Oversee process documentation management (e.g., dashboard design specs, program changes, client requests, fieldwork LOI updates).Manage data of long-term programs (e.g., Crunch, Data Cube, Dashboard) to allow for meta-learnings easy access/use.
