As the Organizational Change Management Lead at Keywords Studios, you will be critical in guiding the company through its digital transformation journey.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage organisational change initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and ITIL framework.
This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions, minimise disruptions, and drive the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Key Responsibilities Change Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication plans, and training programs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and secure buy-in for change initiatives.
Communication: Lead and coordinate communication efforts to ensure clear, consistent, and timely information is disseminated throughout the organisation.
Training and Support: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Track the progress of change initiatives, assess their impact, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to the change management team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Requires Skills and Experience Proven experience leading organisational change initiatives, preferably in the IT or gaming industry.
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Familiarity with ITIL v4 and ServiceNow are a plus.
Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Certifications in Change Management (e.G., Prosci, CCMP) and ITIL are highly desirable.
