In our team you will develop the following functions:
Define and execute the strategic data roadmap, aligning the architecture with business objectives. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers specialized in data, analytics, and AI, fostering their professional development. Act as Scrum Master, prioritizing short-term deliverables without losing sight of the strategic vision. Design and implement modern architectures based on microservices and containers, using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Promote and oversee best practices in data governance, security, modeling, and technical documentation. Work directly on solving complex problems, providing technical guidance to the team. Integrate Machine Learning models into software systems, ensuring scalability and performance. Oversee the development lifecycle, from design to implementation, with a focus on quality and efficiency. WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? This position requires solid knowledge and experience in:
Software leadership and development (5+ years of experience in architectural design and building complex systems). Evolution of technology platforms to advanced capabilities, including data integration and AI modeling. Data and AI integration, experience with scalable data architectures and modern integration tools (Apache Airflow, Prefect, Luigi). Integration of Machine Learning models in software systems. Object-oriented programming. Python ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, ML frameworks). Design and implementation of cloud-oriented architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). Big Data frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop, HDFS) and storage (S3, SQL/NoSQL databases). Containers and deployment: Docker, Kubernetes. Knowledge in DevOps and CI/CD practices for the deployment and maintenance of platforms. Previous experience in public transport or ITS related projects, familiarity with agile methodologies. Relevant cloud technical certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer) and experience with additional data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) will be an asset.
