If you enjoy open and transparent decision-making processes where constructive feedback encourages entrepreneurial, creative, and agile minds to grow.THE ROLEAt Zoomo, our people are our number one asset and we're looking for a passionate Payroll Manager, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of end-to-end payroll processes are delivered on time, accurately, are compliant, seamless, and efficiently for all of Zoomo's business. You will bring your innate curiosity, analytical brain, legislation & system knowledge, collaboration skills & excellent organisational skills to the table. In a hybrid working arrangement (onsite days to suit you), you will work closely with the People & Culture team, as well as the Finance team, looking after the following responsibilities:Partner with payroll agents to manage & run payroll for Zoomo's global team:Managing end-to-end processing of variable payroll cycles for 300+ employees globally. You will be a true all-rounder, willing to complete basic administration through to driving strategic projects.Being group payroll expert and ensuring payroll is compliant with relevant local legislations.Ensuring preparation and timely payment of all tax obligations including PAYG tax, Payroll tax, Superannuation Guarantee contributions, medical insurance etc.Resolving existing gaps in the process from issues identified.Maintaining the day-to-day relationship with our external third party payroll vendor to ensure they perform efficiently and accurate payroll processing.Payroll process improvement:Implement checks/audits to improve existing processes.Improve communication & response times for payroll questions/issues to a 1-day turnaround.Implement metrics to track the success of payroll on a weekly/monthly basis.Payroll reporting:Working with other finance team members to provide payroll related reporting and support.Improving the payroll cashflow forecasting process.Supporting the annual audit on payroll data.Payroll team management:Coaching and Leading a team with different locations.Setting up KPI for payroll team and regular performance review.Requirements- 5+ years payroll management experience in the UK, France, Germany, and Spain.- Knowledge of payroll management in Canada, US, and Australia would be a bonus but at minimum, you must be willing to learn, working alongside our local payroll agents.- Excellent numeracy skills.- Collaborative, detail and result oriented.
