This person will ensure that effective, standardized training and learning programs are in place to support our Associates' onboarding and development as they join and progress within Amazon Operations in Europe. This role will be based in one of our fulfillment centres in ES, and will require approximately 50% travel within the region and Europe.Reporting to Senior Regional Learning Manager SEUCurrent Direct reports: 4 Learning ManagersBasic QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Responsibility for ensuring that globally standardized onboarding and training programs are implemented within all regional FC's for Associate roles.Responsibility for ensuring that standardized metrics and tools are used to evaluate the effectiveness of programs in place to maximize associate performance and development and reduce dilution.Ensure that appropriate resourcing and planning model is in place for associate training for the region for Peak each year.Responsibility for ensuring that technical aspects of technical Operations Manager training are resourced and delivered effectively through the region.Partner with the Regional Director to ensure that learning teams within the FC's are supporting business needs.Partner with the HR functions to ensure that learning programs and associate development are aligned with the HR agenda and framework.Partner with regional Learning Managers in other locations (Europe and globally) to identify, pilot and implement opportunities for standardized best practice which improves associate performance and development.Develop, motivate and lead a team of remotely based Learning Managers in DE to deliver results for their businessPreferred QualificationsKey Experience & Skills required:Bachelor's degree or aboveExperience in the Learning and Development field
