We are currently looking for a Team Lead to join our growing HR team.
This person will provide regional services oversight of the newly established People Services team in EMEA.
The People Services function serves as a centralized point of contact for those needing HR assistance and is responsible for Tier 1 support for HR and colleagues throughout the business.
The team lead will manage the day-to-day operations of the regional team in EMEA and will serve as the point of escalation for any ongoing issues, triaging incoming questions, concerns, and situations as needed and escalating concerns as necessary.
The Team Lead will be expected to act as the direct manager for the People Services Specialists in the EMEA region by providing ongoing guidance, training, and communication to the regional team and to identify and establish improved processes and best practices.

You'll have a team of 7 direct reports based in Spain, UK, Belgium, Germany, and Serbia.

Hours of WorkThis role is 40 hours per week EU hours, and we offer a full-time permanent contract.
Please note that the position is hybrid, requiring a couple of days per week in our Barcelona office (next to Sagrada Familia).
