Job Description Summary As Product Manager for Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS), you will be responsible for developing and performing Iberia marketing strategy to drive the business, working closely together with the Iberia commercial team and the EU Marketing Organization.
About the role As Product Manager for Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS), you will be responsible for developing and performing Iberia marketing strategy to drive the business, working closely together with the Iberia commercial team and the EU Marketing Organization.
Main responsibilities will include: Develop and implement marketing strategies & tactics that support business growth objectives in the short to medium term, and actively support the long-term range planning for your product portfolio.
Provide omnichannel vision for your marketing strategies integrating optimized digital activities across the customer journey.
Apply customer expertise and deep knowledge of selling processes to develop value propositions that resonate with customers' needs & create tactics (campaigns) with a critical view on return on investment.
Collaborate with multiple internal partners from the supply chain to customer service, legal/regulatory department, and regional marketing.
Initiate market development activities and are responsible for launching new product lines and solutions, in close collaboration with the MDS Marketing Manager, European marketing team & local commercial team.
Be a strong partner in financial budgeting and forecasting for your product portfolio.
About you 2 years experience in marketing, in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industry in a large matrix organization.
University degree and Master's degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Action-oriented with a drive for results and a strong customer focus.
Strong analytical abilities.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Experience with omnichannel selling & marketing and a track record of integrating digital is a plus.
