The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute addressing global public health challenges through research, translation into policy, and education.
ISGlobal has a broad portfolio in communicable and non-communicable diseases including environmental and climate determinants, and applies a multidisciplinary scientific approach ranging from the molecular to the population level.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The overall project goal is to develop the main research line of the project, specifically the technical and logistical aspects.
The activities in which the LAB TECHNICIAN will be involved are:
Ensure the correct involvement of all stakeholders of the project.Characterisation of the bacterial samples isolated from environmental and faecal samples.Assessment of the epidemiological relationship of the bacterial isolates from environmental and faecal samples.Support on conducting the citizen-oriented strategies to be developed in the project.The tasks will be developed in the research laboratory of the Antimicrobial Resistance group at Centre Esther Koplowitz (CEK).
KEY RESPONSABILITIES The key responsibility of the candidate will be to participate in the general organization of the project and ensure that all tasks are correctly carried out with the techniques performed in our laboratory and other activities within the scope and purpose of the "Impacte de la transmissió de bacteris Resistents als AntiMicrobians a la població de BarceLonA a través de parcs infantils (RAMBLA)"
