We are looking for a versatile, passionate, determined and enthusiastic Chief Happiness Officer - HR Manager to take care of Yuki's BCN People Office, with a team of a Talent Acquisition and an Office Manager.
People are the most valuable; it's up to you to make sure they feel that way : -)Your responsibilitiesLead the HR team within our Barcelona Office (55+ people);Talent Management:Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure the hirings and the Onboardings in Barcelona;Develop and communicate the Yuki employer brand as a key culture ambassador;Team coaching to ensure development and continuous employee growth;Engagement Employee Experience:Plan, develop and follow up on the engagement plan, events and team buildings;Develop and manage a brilliant and fun employee experience;Continue to boost an open feedback communication culture;Admin HR management tasks such as compliance with labour law, health and safety standards, payroll, contract administration, internal reporting, employee benefits, etc;Office Management: Supervise all office related activities in collaboration with our Office Manager.What we offerFlexible working hours.Permanent contract.Full-time position, 40h a week.Fresh fruit, bread, coffee, tea and drinks every day.Informal organisational culture.A good working environment in a dynamic international team: we spend a great time together!Awesome team Building Events (Global Local).The opportunity to grow within the company develop your skills.Career Path.Study budget - choose your learning plan!
(including English and Spanish lessons).Medical Dental coverage.Gym discount.A hybrid model of remote work.Your knowledge and experience+5 years of experience in Human Resources and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Labour, Business Administration or similar.Experience in people management.Experience in a Software Development company and Agile methodologies environment would be a big plus.Your personal skillsYou are a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.You take ownership of HR projects and employee initiatives, pushing them through to completion.You are an enthusiastic, quick thinker and always looking to improve processes.You bring value by helping the company deliver its goals and objectives on a daily basis.You are very discreet and trustworthy: you will often be a party to confidential information.All the applicants must have an EU work permit.
