Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, designing tailored cybersecurity solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities by understanding client requirements and challenges. Conduct detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction. Provide technical leadership during trials, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and complex demos, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Symantec's and Carbon Black's cybersecurity solutions.Solution Design and Delivery: Work closely with clients to architect and design tailored cybersecurity solutions that address their specific needs. Prepare detailed technical specifications and requirements documentation to support proposed solutions. Oversee the implementation and deployment of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring successful integration and adoption. Provide post-sales support and technical guidance to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to understand their offerings and collaborate on joint opportunities. Assist partners in technically qualifying solutions and providing the necessary support to drive sales. Share knowledge and best practices with partners to enhance their ability to promote and implement our solutions.Internal Collaboration and Development: Work closely with product management and development teams to provide feedback on client experiences and product enhancements. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and deliver effective sales enablement materials and campaigns.
