Who We Are?The IT department is the main responsible for supporting our employees, mainly focusing on our call center which operates in several time zones. We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician who would like to continue with the quality on-site or remote support that will be provided to all types of users, and they will be provided with the tools they need.
What Will You Do?In-situ and remote support.Help us to manage the equipment stock.Prepare Windows / Linux / macOS computers.Give access and remove access to our platforms to users when necessary.Support and check meeting rooms, events too.Learn a lot about security and good practices.Create documentation to help users and the team in their day to day.Minimum Requirements:At least 1 year of experience.Basic knowledge of networking.Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite; we also value knowledge about macOS and Linux support level.We value knowledge about Jira, Unifi.Required English fluent level.Based in Barcelona.Nice to Have:CCNA, CFGM SMX or higher.VoIP knowledge, experience supporting Call Center.Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.
