Position Overview: We are seeking a Freelance Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment efforts, especially in the healthcare industry.
This is a commission-based role, ideal for a proactive individual who excels in identifying and engaging large pools of candidates.
Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates for multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent for our recruitment team to place.
