Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, software development), manage system requirements implementation and validation, for ALSTOM IXL projects (electronic interlocking) and much more.We'll look to you for:Manage IXL deployment team with more than 25 resources and 2 different solutions: EBILock and Smartlock.Workload management.IXL team competency management to increase production capacity.Project deadlines commitment.Alignment with Alstom strategy regarding transfer to BCC.Understand system requirements, as set by customer, and carry out gap analysis towards ALSTOM standard platform.Collaborate with other engineering team members and other disciplines of the project.Coordinate IXL engineering activities to match customer's requirements, considering Quality/Cost/Delivery (QCD) objectives of the project.Ensure compliance with the customer's requirements aligned with ALSTOM standard platform policy.Customer interface for technical topics.Ensure correct feedback on future projects using the return of experience coming back from V & V processes.All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
