As a Business Development PM, you will manage, control and deliver Project Plans related to international expansion as well as to other ongoing initiatives in any of the countries where the company is already present. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and control of each of the projects under your responsibility.
Mission and Responsibilities:Responsible for the detailed monitoring and daily updating of all international expansion projects simultaneously (monitoring in GANTT methodology), including go to market.Responsible for demand management within these projects, building a prioritized roadmap aligned with business, legal, compliance, and IT.Coordination and daily work with all the work areas involved in the projects (technology, operations, business, legal, compliance, risks, finances, etc.).Detection and escalation of risks, analysis and proposal of solutions for their mitigation.Operational reporting to the Project Director of the status of all tasks on a weekly basis.Daily and fluid communication with all work teams, both national and international.Capacity for a transversal vision of other convergent projects and dependencies.Coordination and management of Committees and follow-up meetings.Generation of minutes and reports.Identification, control, and planning of new tasks necessary for the correct progress of the projects.Management and control of all project documentation.Ensure compliance with all project milestones for the correct launch of the new bank on the market in a timely manner.Direct contact with senior management.Planning, coordination, and control of various test activities.Ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of testing process to deliver high-quality software.Encourage different teams to work collaboratively to contribute to achieving the team's business outcome.Development and definition of test methods and test tools.Report, track, and create test reports.Project and testing management based on Jira and Confluence tools.Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team.To be successful in the role you must have:+2/3 years of experience in a similar role.University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.MBA as a nice to have.Experience with Jira and Confluence.High level of English; German, Dutch or Portuguese speaker would be a plus.Communication, negotiation, teamwork and leadership skills.Ability to work across the organization to align resources to the projects.What do we offer?Joining a dynamic and agile company undergoing international expansion.Working in start-up mode with the support of the Santander Group.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Collaborating on international projects in different countries.Excellent work environment, social clubs and frequent events.Openbank/ODS are an equal opportunity employer.
