Providing AML Compliance advice to Business.
Private Bank Clients KYC onboarding processes.
PEPs and Enhanced Due Diligences.
Detecting and investigating suspicious transactions and completing suspicious activity reporting (SAR filing).
Sepblac Monthly Reporting (FTF, DMO) and relationship with Supervisors and Regulators.
Collaboration in the revisions for External Expert annual review.
KYC and AML training activities.
Collaboration on local and Credit Suisse Group AML projects.
Joining a senior Compliance team.
Your future colleagues
In our team in Compliance for Private Banking, you will be offered a challenging role as an AML Officer (Financial Crime) in charge of performing all tasks related to this role: Client onboarding due diligence (KYC), transaction surveillance processes, regulatory reporting, and covering other Compliance projects and tasks.
Your skills and experience
You'll be a good match if you have:
A degree either in Law or Business Administration or an equivalent education.
7-10 years of experience in AML/Financial Crime matters working in a supervision entity, Banks, or Consultancy Company.
Deep knowledge in Spanish AML Regulation (AML certification would be a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English are required.
An enthusiastic approach to the role, together with attention to detail, well-organized joint-up thinking, collaboration, and flexibility.
Efficient communication skills in appropriate ways to build and maintain a sustainable network.
A dedicated person with a positive and proactive attitude.
