We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Airbus team in Spain (position based in Getafe). You will join a cross-functional team of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners, and you will be in charge of recruiting the future talents with high strategic value to the long-term ambitions of Airbus. You will enable Airbus to meet future challenges and our growth into more innovative markets. Using a mix of proactive sourcing, talent pooling and pipelining, you will both fill our open vacancies while planning for the future to meet the expected needs of the business.Key part of your role is to help build our Employer Brand. In parallel, you will support the deployment of the Early Career strategy and collaboration with our key stakeholders (Universities, schools...).
