We are looking for aTalent Acquisition Partnerto join our Airbus team in Spain (position based inGetafe ).
You will join a cross-functional team of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Partners, and you will be in charge of recruiting the future talents with high strategic value to the long-term ambitions of Airbus.
You will enable Airbus to meet future challenges and our growth into more innovative markets.
Using a mix of proactive sourcing, talent pooling and pipelining, you will both fill our open vacancies while planning for the future to meet the expected needs of the business.Key part of your role is to help build our Employer Brand.
In parallel, you will support the deployment of the Early Career strategy and collaboration with our key stakeholders (Universities, schools...).
You'll do this by understanding the business needs & challenges, highlighting and communicating our Purpose, Values and Mission, defining and implementing the best strategy to source, attract, interview and select only the most talented people to join Airbus.Your Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand the organisation's requirements and help to build job profiles that meet business needs.Use your relationships with internal stakeholders and your knowledge of the recruitment market to influence the Talent Acquisition approach of the business.Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy, channels and social media to identify and attract the most talented people (using a mix of passive and active sourcing).Create attractive, compliant and diversity-friendly job adverts to promote your vacancies.Collaborate and participate in the Employment marketing activities.Your Skills and ExperienceRecruitment experience is required.Knowledge of sourcing tools and social media.Strong sourcing and attraction skills, both proactive and reactive.A comprehensive understanding of the job market, the associated challenges and how to overcome them.Negotiation level in Spanish & English mandatory.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company : Airbus Operations SLEmployment Type : PermanentExperience Level : ProfessionalJob Family : HR ExpertiseAt Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly.
