Here, you'll be supported in progressing whatever your ambitions.Purpose Statement A Vice President, Program Management is a general manager of a business unit of product and technology development programs.Key Responsibilities People Management: Leads division project management function effectively; provides input to functional directors and VPs on team performance.Product/Technology Management: Shapes key project management processes and initiatives; develops and implementsdivision-level business plan; builds team ownership and commitment to program and business plans. Participates in industry-wide program management initiatives.Process Management: Leads and approves TDP/PDP, policy, and practice improvements to drive functional excellence; sets policies for key projects and programs; approves implementationplans for new program management systems. Actively influences cross-functional and cross-divisional efficiencies in program management communications and reviews.Quality Assurance: Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
