Your role You consult with the departments, understand the profiles they are looking for and advise them on the day-to-day recruiting process.
You use your understanding of the Spanish job market and the target group to think about the appropriate sourcing strategy.
You represent MaibornWolff at job fairs, among other things, and thus acquire new talents.
Depending on your skills and expertise, you will be responsible for a specific topic (job advertisements, active sourcing, etc.)
within Talent Sourcing to improve the sourcing of the department in the long term.
Your profile You have at least a Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on HR.
You have practical experience with the entire recruitment cycle, ideally in the IT environment.
You have experience with interviewing, selection and sourcing strategies, including active sourcing.
You have a recruiting focus such as job advertising in depth, and you approach your topics strategically.
You speak and write Spanish at native level, and your English is fluent.
