Your roleYou consult with the departments, understand the profiles they are looking for and advise them on the day-to-day recruiting process.You use your understanding of the Spanish job market and the target group to think about the appropriate sourcing strategy.You represent MaibornWolff at job fairs, among other things, and thus acquire new talents.Depending on your skills and expertise, you will be responsible for a specific topic (job advertisements, active sourcing, etc.)
