You will primarily focus on developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies and plans that safeguard critical IT assets, minimize disruptions, and enable business continuity in the face of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or technological failures. Your expertise and guidance will be key in protecting the organization's data, infrastructure, and services, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.Your key responsibilitiesCollaborate with multiple stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and senior management, to develop comprehensive business continuity plans that align with our client's objectives and strategies.Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies and procedures to facilitate the restoration of IT systems and data in the event of system outages, cyber incidents, or other emergencies.Take on the challenge of developing and improving cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions in a variety of areas, including cybersecurity strategy and risk analysis, IT compliance, DORA, third-party security management, cloud security, and data protection.Take a leadership role in projects and teams, collaborating with your colleagues to develop innovative solutions and improve our current offerings.Prepare presentations, demos, and other materials to support commercial activities and engage with clients in the financial sector.Skills and attributes for successStrong teamwork skillsExcellent communication and innovation skillsAutonomy and critical thinking abilityStrong learning abilityProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.To qualify for the role, you must havePrior experience in GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) in Cybersecurity and/or IT risk management (1+ years)B2+ level of Spanish languageB1+ level of English languageSpecialized training in CybersecurityIdeally, you'll also haveKnowledge of the following: ISO 2700x, ISO 37500, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, NIST, Cloud Environments.ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, DORA and ITIL.Project management skills to lead and execute IT continuity initiatives.What we offerEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
