Join us at AstraZeneca's Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit (BBU) where we turn ideas into life-changing medicines. We're looking for a Director, Marketing & Digital Excellence to join our team and help us secure pre-launch excellence, future proof the BBU with elevated world-class capabilities, and enable practice change at scale. Accountabilities:
As Director, Marketing & Digital Excellence, you will take ownership of launch excellence, including the pre-launch framework and launch PAL planning tool. You will forge strong relationships with global launch leads and market launch leads, ensuring pre-launch excellence across the BBU in line with our Ambition 2030. You will also work collaboratively with the marketing excellence team on broader initiatives, including creating a global marketing excellence community and enhancing our strategic planning process.
Essential Skills/Experience:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Life Sciences
Minimum of 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry, market, and global roles
5+ years expertise applying strategic thought leadership, driving strict execution, agility, and facilitating cultural change and process improvement
Confirmed experience leading high-level strategic business initiatives
Experience driving business innovation at scale, including new technologies, processes, and platforms
Ability to work across geographies
Effectively interact and build strong partnerships with colleagues and senior leaders from different functions
Ability to lead the development, design, and delivery of training
Project Management skills
Budget Management
Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Life Sciences
Experience in digital marketing strategies
