This Transformation program aims at:Enabling Global Business Units (GBU) & Global Functions with AnalyticsCommon analytics by GBU and for Global functions to improve performance and cost managementTransversal data consolidation as well as more granular analysesCommon budget tools by GBUFacilitating a seamless integration of planning and actual data setting-up automation in reporting to enable Global Shared Services (SBS)Support SBS strategy by implementing an end-to-end approachOpportunity to consolidate new activities in Shared Services (e.g. Master Data Management, Credit Management) and to develop global Shared Services organization models (e.g. T&E;)Support reporting factoriesSimplifying processes and Sanofi users experienceState-of-the-art global systems ensuring an end-to-end process integration while providing a simplified users experienceMajor changes to reporting or processes handled centrally at onceOne source of truth on master data and a common automated internal control frameworkImproved integration or divestment capabilities through a standardized methodologyJOB SUMMARYThe Supply Chain Domain Expert is responsible for the design and the deployment of a single technical solution covering the Domain's standardized processes in a single SAP solution for all businesses on all geographies. He/she will bring his/her expertise of supply chain business processes and SAP solutions, best practices and possible improvement. Supply chain processes in scope include distribution, inventory management, external manufacturing, and integration with planning and manufacturing systems.He/she will organize and deliver, for his/her scope of responsibility within supply chain, solution design and all project deliverables under Solution Delivery responsibility (SAP solutions design, implementation in the systems, all related documentation), for the Projects he is assigned to, for Project duration.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIn the context of the Shift Program, the main duties of the Supply Chain Domain Expert are:Lead the project transition to AMS for her/his functional domain (including knowledge transfer sessions and handover of ongoing incidents)Contribute to AMS activities: provide functional expertise for complex topics and challenge / validate solution evolutions proposed by AMS teamREQUIREMENTSEducational background: University degree in economics, engineering or computer science or comparableProfessional experience:7+ years of SAP ExperienceAt least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (all phases)Demonstrate a good track record in SAP design and customizing for modules related to Supply Chain, preferably in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry.Understands and performs SAP system configuration as expert in supply chain.Knowledge of integration with other supply chain tools, such as planning, manufacturing, and distribution platformsExperience and good knowledge in the analysis and design of Supply Chain business processes, ideally within the pharmaceutical or similar industriesHands-on configuration experience with the following SAP Modules: Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), Logistics General (LO)Knowledge and experience supporting Physical Inventory and Cycle counting processExperience coordinating solutions build with developers onsite and offshoreStrong interface knowledge with Third-Party Logistics or Warehouse Management systemsExperience building SAP solutions in Logistics
