ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM We are seeking a skilled and motivated ITIL Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Process Engineer will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing ITIL processes to improve efficiency and service quality. The ideal candidate will have a background in telecoms and aviation, with extensive experience in ITIL frameworks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Process Management: Design, implement, and optimize ITIL-based processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, procedures, and guidelines.
Process Improvement: Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Conduct regular process reviews and audits to ensure compliance with ITIL standards.
Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure processes meet their needs.
Provide training and support to teams on ITIL processes and best practices.
Project Management: Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate process automation tools and technologies.
Ensure IT systems support and enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the telecoms or aviation industry. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. ITIL certification (Foundation level or higher) is required. Proven experience working with ITIL processes and frameworks. Good project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading process improvement projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools. Familiarity with process automation tools and technologies. NICE-TO-HAVE Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies. Advanced ITIL certifications (e.g., ITIL Practitioner). Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. WHAT WE OFFER We're all about diversity.
