F2406061FunctionsOrganization of consulting sessions with different technical areas, depending on the needs and scope of the project.Understanding, managing and formally documenting customer requirements and needs: creating and managing software requirements documents.Participation in the validation of requirements with technical roles for transfer to the Development and Validation environments.Process design: creation of flowcharts, process documents based on ITIL practices, procedures, version management and documentation repositories.Participation in the validation of the processes to be implemented.Creating presentations for sample sessions or training.Creation of user manuals and different explanatory documents for the implementation of processes in the client environment.Online training: creation of training material and delivery of sessions.Post-implementation audits: periodic review of process activities with the service management roles.Management of compliance, statistical and/or periodic reports.Make proposals for improving or updating processes, according to the needs of the client's environment.RequirementsKnowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and the main ITIL processes/practices (V3/4 certification): Incident/Request and Problem Management, Change Control, Service Catalog Management, IT Configuration and Asset Management, Service Level Management.Experience in CMDB in BMC Remedy / Helix.Accustomed to timely management and documentation of client requirements and needs, both in management and technical areas.Accustomed to the design and implementation of processes according to ITIL good practices.Good communication skills, with the ability to form groups and work areas online and to understand each other well with Technical Consultants and Application Administrators.Valuable RequirementsExperience and active participation in AAPP projects.Knowledge of ENS, ISO 20000, ISO 270001 and compliance.Mode100% teleworkingOpening hours: 8 hours a day, from 8am to 5pm in winter, from 8am to 4pm in summer.Economic ConditionsSBA 38.000€#J-18808-Ljbffr
